Making over of a series of buildings that once composed a single farm, as apartments and showrooms. The properties are located in Smedstorp, in southern Sweden. The main building, to be divided into apartments, is characterized by a large double-pitched roof, measuring 8 m x 44 m and is organized on two floors, externally covered in bricks. The buildings enclose and protect a large central courtyard. The project involves a contemporary reorganization of the interiors, while it has been decided to keep the external appearance unaltered to respect and enhance the typical appearance of the farms in this part of Sweden. The apartments are finished, there are not yet external rooms and ex-stables, the barn and the farm shed.
